Welcome to the Community!

Welcome, everyone! everyone? *crickets chirp* ...All right, so welcome to the one or two people here! I'm Y. Fish, creator of this community. Please look over the overview of the community in this journal's User Info before you join-- it may not be what you think it is.

In keeping with the AA-type theme of this message board, introductory posts should start out with, in bold, "Hello, my name is (your name), and I am obsessed with vampires." Then you can post your results from the Vampire Vulnerability Quiz under a cut- a funny quiz, and a good way to introduce yourself. You can write anything you want to about yourself- favorite authors, what you wore to work/school today, blood type. Here's what my introductory post looks like:

Hello, my name is Y. Fish, and I am obsessed with vampires.
You scored and 55 vampbaitness!
Another vampire-lover. Be careful of mysterious strangers that you bump into during the night. If you meet one, ask them straight-away if they are a vampire. If they are, then you should probably run. Problem is, you probably will choose not to run.

My test tracked 1 variable How you compared to other people your age and gender:

You scored higher than 34% on vampbaitness

I enjoy long walks on the beach and romantic nights of batwatching with sonar-detecting equiptment and lots of mosquito repellent. I first got into vampires when I was in first grade, watching the Nickelodeon show "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" My favorite vampire stories are "Blood Libel" by Leigh Ann Hussey and Dracula, in that order. I'm an O+, I think, and I've just turned the requisite age for donating to the annual blood drive at my school. Little squeamish about that, but I'm signing up anyway because it's the right thing to do.

Now it's your turn. Tell us about yourselves!
